How do I cross-post videos?
Upload your video once, select which platforms to post to, customize settings if needed, and click publish. Your video will be posted to all selected platforms simultaneously. See upload guide →

What video formats are supported?
MP4, MOV, and WebM. Videos should be vertical (9:16 aspect ratio) and under 500MB. Most platforms support videos up to 60-90 seconds.
Can I schedule posts?
Yes! You can schedule videos in advance across all platforms to maintain a consistent posting schedule. There is no limit to how far out you can schedule — you can plan weeks or even months ahead. Learn about scheduling →
Can I schedule multiple videos on the same day?
Yes! You can schedule as many videos as you want on the same day, each at different times. You can also set up saved schedule time slots in your workspace settings to automatically fill in your preferred posting times.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. You'll have access until the end of your billing period.
Why isn't my video uploading?
Check that your video meets the requirements (vertical format, under 60-90 seconds, under 500MB). Also ensure you're connected to the platform you're trying to post to. Sometimes the connection might be expired and you need to reconnect. Troubleshooting guide →
Can I upload multiple videos at once?
Yes! You can bulk upload up to 5 videos at a time. Just select multiple files when starting the upload flow. Each video can be scheduled to different times and customized individually before publishing.
How far in advance can I schedule?
There is no limit. You can schedule videos as far out as you want — days, weeks, or months in advance. Plan your entire content calendar ahead of time.
How do I disconnect a platform?
Go to the 'Connections'-tab, find the connected platform, and click 'X' to disconnect. You can also disconnect from the platform's own settings page. You can reconnect anytime.
