Upload Your First Video
Follow these steps to upload and cross-post your first video across multiple platforms.
Before You Start
Make sure you've connected at least one platform. If you haven't, connect your platforms first.
Upload Process

Select Your Video
Click the upload button on your dashboard and choose a vertical video from your device (9:16 aspect ratio recommended).

Choose Platforms
Select which platforms you want to post to. You can post to all connected platforms or choose specific ones.

Customize Thumbnail
Select the thumbnail from the timeline of your video. For some platforms, you can also upload a custom thumbnail.

Customize Caption
Write a caption that works for all platforms, or customize individual captions for each platform. You can also add hashtags and mentions.

Customize Settings
Customize the settings for each platform. You can change the privacy level and other settings for each platform.

Schedule, Save as Draft, or Publish
Schedule your video to be posted at a later time, save it as a draft in ShortSync library to edit and publish later, or publish it immediately.

Write Engaging Captions
Keep captions short and engaging. Use the first sentence to hook viewers.
Use Platform-Specific Settings

Add Relevant Hashtags
Use 3-5 relevant hashtags. Research popular hashtags in your niche for each platform.
Choose Eye-Catching Thumbnails
Upload a custom thumbnail that stands out. First frame matters!
What Happens After Publishing?
Your video will be uploaded to all selected platforms. You can track the upload status from the video library. Processing times vary by platform (usually 1-5 minutes).
