Write a caption for your post (up to 280 characters). Include hashtags and @mentions directly in the caption text.
Community Posting
Search for and select an X Community to post your video to. When published, your post will appear on both your timeline and in the community's feed.
Common Issues
X token expired
X access tokens expire periodically. If your posts fail to publish, try reconnecting your X account from the platform connections page in your dashboard.
Video duration limits
Free X accounts are limited to 140-second videos. If your video is longer, you may need X Premium for extended video uploads. ShortSync will notify you if your video exceeds the platform limit.
Community posting permissions
To post to an X Community, you must be a member of that community. If a community doesn't appear in your list, make sure you've joined it on X first.
