At ShortSync, we want you to be satisfied with our service. This policy outlines how we handle refunds, cancellations, and billing for our subscription plans.
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. When you cancel, you will retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a monthly billing cycle.
If you purchased an annual subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a pro-rated refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. After 14 days, annual subscriptions follow the same policy as monthly — you can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your billing period, but no refund will be issued.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 7 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
If a payment fails (e.g., due to insufficient funds or an expired card), we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your subscription may be paused or canceled. You can update your payment method at any time from your account settings to avoid interruption.
