Time Slots

Save your preferred posting times so ShortSync can automatically schedule videos into your ideal time slots — no manual date picking needed.

How It Works

1. 1.Go to your workspace settings and add your preferred posting times (e.g. 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 6:00 PM)
2. 2.When bulk uploading, ShortSync auto-assigns each video to the next available time slot in sequence
3. 3.Slots that already have a scheduled video are automatically skipped — no double-booking

Setting Up Time Slots

You can manage your time slots from your workspace settings:

1. 1.Navigate to your Workspace Settings
2. 2.Find the Schedule Time Slots section
3. 3.Pick a time and click Add to save it
4. 4.Add as many time slots as you need — they are automatically sorted chronologically

Time Slots + Bulk Uploading

Time slots are especially powerful when combined with bulk uploading. When you upload multiple videos at once and choose to schedule them, ShortSync automatically distributes them across your saved time slots:

• •Each video gets assigned the next available slot, starting from the current time
• •If all slots for today are taken or have passed, it rolls over to the next day
• •Existing scheduled posts are taken into account to avoid conflicts
• •You can still manually adjust any individual video's schedule after auto-assignment
